    About Neary Khmer Restaurant 

    Neary Khmer Restaurant is serving Khmer, Asean, and Western cuisine.

    Usage of local good quality meats, vegetables, fish and ingredients are predominantly focused in this kitchen to be combined with new tastes and textures.​

    Neary Khmer is a black and white two-story building with a wide space for parking in the front. VIP rooms with air conditioners and large chairs create a special meal time. The terrace is opened every evening to provide a delightful dinner under moon light.

      • Mr. Bou Phearavath

        Born on November 2, 1979 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Bou Phearavath went to Wat Reach Bo School in 1995 and married his wife in 2000. He came from a large family with thirteen members include his parents. Because of the poverty in family, he quitted school when he was in grade 10, however he struggled for life by being a waiter in a restaurant after he left school. Then, he became a cleaner and a chief assistant where he got an opportunity to join cooking class. As he was so talented, he had a chance to join cooking skill competition and was recognized as a best Khmer cuisine chief 1997. He became a kitchen storerooms manager at Raffles Hotel in 1999 and chief manager Antra Cambodia organization in 2005. Currently, he is a chief manager of Stoeng Trorcheak Restaurant, and he has been working there since 2012.

      • Mr. Doeurn Kongkea

        Started as a waiter in Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in 1999, then became an outlet manager and administration in Sokha Angkor Resort in 2010, Doeurn Kongkea got enough experiences and had professionalism to be a good leader. Though he did not have an opportunity to go to university after he graduated from high school, he got many certification related to his job. When he worked with two places mentioned above, he participated in various useful training, namely service excellence and customer service, hospitality coaching skills, train the trainer, positive & time management, supervisory skills & motivation, leadership skills… This shows a clear evidence that Doeurn Kongkea deserves to stand on top management level; therefore it was a great honor for Neary Khmer Restaurant that he decided to be the General Manager.

      • Mr. Nhiev Teng

        Born on October 15, 1982 in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Nhiev Teng went to Hun Sen Wat Svay High School and married his wife in 2015. He came from a large family with eleven members include his parents. Nhiev Teng started his career as a chief since 2005 when he was 25 years old, and he decided to join Neary Khmer restaurant in 2006. Because of the good performance and commitment, he got promoted to be the chef manager of Neary Khmer restaurant until now.

      • Mr. Phann Siphan

        Born on August 2, 1981 in Kandal Province, Cambodia, and he is the oldest in the family of seven people. Phann Siphan finished the diploma from Kompong Kanduot High School in 2000, and married to his wife in 2014. He attended in short courses training on Hospitality and Quick Book in Siem Reap. Always passionate about finance, Phann Siphan enlisted at Neary Khmer Restaurant as a financial manager in 2015.

      • Lot Lay was born on October 1, 1980, in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and he is the second son in a large family of six members.  Lot Lay got his high school diploma in 2002 from Hun Sen Wat Svay High School, and settled down in 2008. Lot Lay took a course in Hospitality in 2008, and enlisted at Neary Khmer Restaurant as the food runner manager in 2013.
